We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training
- Recruit and onboard new sales agents
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software
