Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
    • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (networking, referrals, online platforms, cold calling, etc.).
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
  • Property Showings and Presentations:
    • Conduct property showings, effectively highlighting key features and benefits.
    • Deliver persuasive presentations and address client objections.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Assist clients in preparing offers and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
    • Facilitate smooth transaction processes from offer acceptance to closing.
  • Market Knowledge and Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on the Kanpur real estate market trends, inventory, and pricing.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports within the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Experience:
    • 0-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
    • Freshers with a demonstrated aptitude for sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
  • Additional:
    • Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
    • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
