Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (networking, referrals, online platforms, cold calling, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Property Showings and Presentations:
- Conduct property showings, effectively highlighting key features and benefits.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and address client objections.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Assist clients in preparing offers and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
- Facilitate smooth transaction processes from offer acceptance to closing.
- Market Knowledge and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on the Kanpur real estate market trends, inventory, and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports within the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory)
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Freshers with a demonstrated aptitude for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Additional:
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
