Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry:
  • Accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into Busy and Tally accounting systems.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate coding and categorization of transactions.
• Account Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations.
• Reporting:
  • Assist in generating periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.
  • Support the preparation of GST filings and other tax-related documentation.
• Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized accounting records, both digitally and physically.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting data entry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Busy and Tally ERP 9 software is mandatory.
• Skills:
  • High speed and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
